Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men who have sex with men (MSM) and transgender women (TGW) aged 15-24 years, who engage in anal intercourse attending a sexual health clinic in Bangkok

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous syphilis infection
