Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 or above, in-patient setting. 2. Diagnosed with solid tumor and undergone chemotherapy and/or radiation treatment. 3. Has a fever, defined by a body temperature over 37.8 Celsius degree via axilla or more than 38.3 Celsius degree via oral, and meets ANY of these criteria 3.1 No previous fever event in this hospitalized visit. 3.2 The previous fever within the visit was over 30 days and did not currently receive antibiotics.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer patients who are clinically suspicious of infection and intend to admit for septic workup. 2. Patient who did not have ANY bacterial culture testing.
