Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years old 2. Meet HBR criteria (1 major or 2 minor criteria) 3. No further requirement for stage PCI at the registration date, stage PCI should be performed in the index admission or no more than 4 weeks from the index procedure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known hypersensitivity or contraindication to aspirin, heparin, and P2Y12 inhibitors (clopidogrel/prasugrel/ticagrelor) 2. Life expectancy of less than 12 months 3. Participation in an investigational drug or device trial that has not yet completed its primary endpoint. 4. Incapable of providing written informed consent
