Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All ages of the Thai population who have a national identification number. 2. Volunteers can consent to participate in the program by themselves or through a legal representative person. 3. The volunteers were diagnosed by a doctor with cancers, rare diseases, noncommunicable diseases, infectious diseases, or patients who usually require at least one medication. 4. Participants in the research project must agree to all 4 conditions: a. Blood collection and physical examination b. Volunteers accept to provide information from other sources or hospitals by processing through a human ethic committee of other sources or hospitals. c. Volunteers give permission to store blood and DNA samples in the national biobank d. Volunteers give permission to maintain genetic data in the national genetic database and to analyze genetic data to benefit the public.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who did not belong to the disease group according to the inclusion criteria. 2. Volunteers are prisoners. 3. Volunteers do not accept one or all four of the conditions in the inclusion criteria. 4. Volunteers do not sign the consent form to participate in the program.
