Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients diagnosed with schizophrenia or other disease in schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders according to diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders, Fifth edition (DSM-5) 2. age 18-60 years 3. can speak, understand, read and write in Thai language 4. have normal hearing or mild hearing impairment according to pure tone audiometry at 500, 1000, 2000, and 4000 Hz 5. had been clinically stable for 3 months, not in exacerbation period of psychotic symptoms, no problem in communication, no aggression, well cooperate to examination
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. heavy alcohol, marijuana, or amphetamine use during the last 6 months 2. has been diagnosed with diseases involving the central nervous system 3. has been diagnosed with metaolic or endocrine diseases that effect cognition, such as chronic kidney disease stage 2-3, or abnormal thyroid function 4. history of moderate to severe traumatic brain injury or mild traumatic brain injury with moderate to high risk according to Thai Clinical Practice Guidelines for Traumatic Brain Injury 2019 5. treated with electroconvulsive therapy in the last 6 months 6. obvious hearing impairment, as in need of using very loud voice to communicate, or cannot follow command 7. uncooperate with P300 examination
