Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Palliative decompressive TL level spinal metastatic surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -tranexamic acid allergy -Osteoporosis -Hb < 12 in female, <13 in male -CKD stage V, Cr > 2 mg/dL -patient who has history of thromboembolic events: ischemic stroke, ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis -patient who has coagulopathy and/or bleeding tendency -patient who has ASA class IV or more according to American Society of Anesthesiologist
