Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Current staff providing care at pediatric units at Department of Pediatrics, KCMH and another 4 hospitals (academic tertiary care hospitals: Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital, Vachira Phuket Hospital, Trang Hospital, Hat Yai Hospital) who take role with antibiotic prescribing and monitoring such as physicians and pharmacists

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Staff with less than 3 months duration of service at pediatric units
