35 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients take their antihypertensive medication(s) as prescribed at least 3 month 2. Sytolic office blood pressure 140-179 mmHg or Diastolic office blood pressure 90-109 mmHg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presentation of warning signs of stroke or myocardial infaction. 2. Coffee or tea consumption, cigarette smoking, steroid or hormonal medications intake, pseudoephridine nasal decongestant. 3. Possibly secondary hypertension.
