Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than or equal to 18 years of age who attend a heart clinic, 2. Consent to participate in research studies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Atrial fibrillation, 2. Congenital heart disease, 3. Tricuspid annuloplasty, 4. Poor TTE acoustic windows, 5. Patients allergic to ultrasound gels, 6. Pregnant patient, 7. Incomprehensible patients or able to communicate in Thai
