Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients undergo cesarean delivery, 2. ASA physical status 1-3, 3. History of opioid dependence, 4. History of chronic pain 5. History of allergy to opioids, ketorolac, paracetamol, ibuprofen, 6. History of asthma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body Mass Index more than 35.0 kg/m2, 2. Obstetric life-threatening conditions,

Opioid consumption 24 hours post-operatively and total consumption milligram-morphine equivalents
