Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being healthy Normal body mass index Age range between 18 and 30 years No history of chronic diseases No history of smoking No orthopedic problems Being active

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obesity Gastrointestinal system disease bone fracture history

MeasureTime frame
Aerobic fitness pre and post four weeks of exercise training intervention or fasting aerobic fitness is estimated by running test 2400 meter and the formula for calculating the maximum oxygen consumption.

Secondary

Anaerobic fitness pre and post four weeks of exercise training intervention or fasting anaerobic fitness calculated with 30 second run test at maximum effort
