Conditions

CGF application, bone height and width, bone density, socket volume and periodontal pocket. Platelet, extraction, impacted teeth, alveolar ridge, regeneration, CGF.

Interventions

Samples of autologous CGF were obtained from patients&#039
freshly venous blood. They were divided into two sterilised 10 ml tubes without anticoagulants and centrifuged immediately using a CGF centrifuge equipment (trausim, DL4015, Dental Regenerative Centri
running time, 13 minutes
chamber temperature, 21 (Figure 1). Each CGF clot was taken out of the tube after centrifugation and split from the red element phase using scissors.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
bone height and width, bone density, socket volume A cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) was taken immediately after extraction (C1), followed by a CBCT three months of healing (C2) as a temporal measure Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25 (Chicago, USA). Paired t test, unpaired t test, Mann Whitney test, Chi square test

Secondary
