Interventions

Phenylephrine 50 mcg IV slow injection within 15 seconds with opening three ways of 3-way stopcock to imitate the function of a syringe pump. ,Phenylephrine 100 mcg IV slow injection within 30 seconds

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status II or III 2. age more than or equal 18 years 3. singleton pregnany 4. Term pregnancy(GA more than or equal 37 weeks)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cerebrovascular disease 2. complicated pregnancy (eg. placenta previa, abruptio placantae) 3. major fetal anomalies 4. history of monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) use 5. other drugs administration before baby delivery
