40 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 40-59 years 2. Systolic blood pressure < 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg for healthy population group 3. Systolic blood pressure 140-159 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure 90-99 mmHg for hypertensive group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. smoking 2. pregnancy 3. medication or herbal use that affects platelet function 4. medical conditions or underlying diseases that affects platelet function 5. underlying diseases: cardiovascular diseases, chronic lung diseases, chronic liver diseases, chronic kidney diseases, and cancer, etc. 6. participants' voluntary withdrawal of consent
