Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with (1) hyperparathyroidism who (2) undergo Tc-99m sestamibi parathyroid scans and have (3) available serum iPTH, calcium and albumin within 3 months within the scan dates

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had (1) prior surgery to the neck,(2) allergic to radiotracers, or (3) pregnant or in lactation.
