Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female 18-65 years old ASA 1-3 Undergoing breast surgery in Srinagarind hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of smoking History of anti-emetic drug in 48 hour Lidocaine allergy Chronic opioid/anti-cholinergic use Cirrhosis or abnormal liver function test Creatinine less than 60 Arrhythmia/AV block/HR less than 50 bpm Myocardial ischemia Contraindication for NSAIDs BMI more than 30
