This clinical trial would be conducted with healthy orphan children living in the institutions and the community. They have no health-related problems. Those who with some medical/health conditions would not be included in the study. a preliminary safety study, no harm and risk condition

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The children in this study would be taken from Orphan Children of Institutions and different communities included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children who would not meet the inclusion criteria, and below baseline. Children with mental retardation, other developmental, organic illnesses, and other physical handicaps would be excluded from the study. Children with divorced and separated parents would also be excluded from the study
