Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy young adults both gender between the ages of 18 and 25 years 2. Having body mass index (BMI) 18-<23 kg/m2 3. Can communicate and willing to participate in the study 4. Having a normal resting heart rate and blood pressure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having other diseases or illnesses that affect the outcome of a study including cardiovascular disease, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, diabetes mellitus, vertigo and etc. 2. Having muscoloskeletal injury of upper and lower extremities
