Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women age more than 18 years who undergone amniocentesis during 16-20 weeks of gestation at MSMC Srinakharinwirot university

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: deny to participate visual or pain perception disorder receive other pain reliving just before the procedure detected fetal structural abnormalities
