20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed hypertensive patient > 3 months Systolic blood pressure 130-179 mmHg No medicine adjustment > 1 month Be able to measure and record salt concentration in food regularly Informed consent form for clinical research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or lactation Diagnosed ESRD Medicine adjustment during the trial Refuse or withdraw from the trial Using diuretic drug within 2 weeks before urine measurement Systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg , diastolic blood pressure < 100 mmHg Severe medical conditions such as hypotensive, kidney injury Admitted in-hospital patient during the trial
