Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 40-60 years old 2.Body Mass Index (BMI) 18.5-25 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers who have been diagnosed with one of the following; heart disease, lung disease or allergies, liver disease, kidney disease, and head injury 2. Hysterectomy and/or Oophorectomy 3. Volunteers who use hormone or any drug that effect on Hypothalamic Pituitary Gonadal axis, Hypothalamic Pituitary Adrenal, and Hypothalamic Pituitary Thyroid axis 4. Volunteers who require supplements or any drug that effect on the nervous system by order of the doctor before the start of the test 5. Volunteers who require supplements such as whey protein, soy protein, or protein supplement 6. Athletes or volunteers who have regular exercise more than 3 times/week 7. Drinking alcohol more than 5 times/day 8. Smoking more than 10 pieces/day 9. Volunteers who participate in other projects
