Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 45-65 years old 2.Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-25 kg/m2 3.DASS-21 score less than 7 4. Do not consumption of probiotic foods such as Yakult, fermented milk, and yogurt on a regular basis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers who have been diagnosed with one of the following; cardiovascular diseases, lung disease, allergies, thyroid disease, adrenal gland, pituitary gland, diabetes mellitus, cancer, liver disease, kidney disease, and head injury 2. Volunteers who use drugs that affect blood glucose levels, lipid-lowering, antihypertensives, or nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drugs 3. Volunteers who require supplements or any drug that effect on the nervous system or cardiovascular or metabolism and weight loss before the start of the test. 4. Volunteers who use contraceptive pills, hormones, or any supplements 5. Drinking alcohol more than 5 times/day 6. Smoking more than 10 pieces/day 7. Volunteers who have regular exercise more than 3 times/week 8. Volunteers who participate in other projects
