Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy adult patients at least 30 years old but no more than 70 years old 2.No serious systemic disease 3.Missing single tooth and require dental implant treatment 4.Adequate band of keratinize tissue 5.Patients who expected to have a dehiscence implant defect following implant placement the defect size of Vertical and Horizontal 2 to 6 mm and implant surface and reside within envelop bone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor oral hygiene 2.Presenting chronic periodontitis in adjacent tooth3.Patients who have conditions that complicate wound healing for example uncontrolled diabetes4. Patients who have conditions that might lead to lowered capacity of the bone healing for example osteoporosis radiotherapy 5.Pregnant or expecting to be pregnant 6.Heavy smoker 7.Patients who could not follow the treatment plan visits. 8.Patients who expected to have large bone defect 9.Patients who require implant treatment with sedation or General anesthesia due to fearful anxiety or cannot control pain under local anesthesia
