Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the patients older than 60-year-old who presented to the ED of Ramathibodi Hospital suspected sepsis treated with Ramathibodi sepsis protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: treated at out-patient unit (OPD) or Emergency medical service (EMS) before transfer to ED patient who was referred from other hospitals patients with missing data in RAMA-EMR
