20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having hyper-kyphosis abnormalities(kyphosis angle greater than 42 degrees) Having hyperlordosis abnormalities(lordosis angle greater than 40 degrees) Lack of regular weekly physical activity, championship history and membership in sports teams Written and informed consent to participate voluntarily in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete implementation of core stability exercises and WB-EMS (three alternating sessions or two consecutive sessions) Do not participate in pre-test or post-test Cancel continuing to exercise Observation of pathological symptoms Disorders of the vestibular system Use of drugs that affect the balance Incidence of pain and disability
