Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient in this study would be diagnosed patients with anxiety disorders would be included. Patients having the ability to read, write and understand will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients will diagnose with any other mental disorder would be excluded. The participants who will not complete the post assessment and research procedure would be excluded from study.
