Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HSP patients less than 18 years of age HSP diagnosed by the criteria of EULAR 2008

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known of kidney disease such as IgA nephropathy, Nephrotic syndrome, Congenital kidney disease 2.Overlap syndrome with other immune disease/ systemic vasculitis 3.Missing data
