Participants included in this randomized control trial were healthy individuals. They were university students attending regular classes. Psychological distress and related variables that influence their academic outcomes were studied. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those participants that meet the criteria and baseline would be included in his study. University students would participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those students having any physical disability would not be included. Participants who will not complete the research procedure will be excluded. Those students that would not meet the baseline measure criteria would be excluded.
