Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Idiopathic Parkinson disease which was diagnosed by neurologist modified Hoehn&Yahr 1.5-3 Aged from 20 years Can communicate and follow to command V/S stable Last adjusted dose of Parkinson drug more than 2 weeks before enroll the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Impair vision that can not see the monitor in Telerehabilitation equipment Severe musculoskeletal pain which affect the outcome assessment and rehabilitation session Others neurological diseases which interfere the outcome assessment and rehabilitation session TMSE equal or less than 23 Participated in rehabilitation program within 3 months before enroll the study
