Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with mild-moderate AD were recruited as study participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to coconut oil, patient with severe atopic dermatitis, patient with secondary infection, patient who consume immunosuppressant systemic in 1 month before trial and use steroid topical with high potency in 2 weeks before trial
