Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AACE patients who met the diagnostic criteria and have been treated by rectus muscle surgery or botulinum toxin injection at KKU Eye Center, Srinagarind hospital, Khon Kaen university, Thailand from January 2014 to October 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with nystagmus, sixth cranial nerve palsy, intracranial pathology, restrictive strabismus, and those who had rectus muscle surgery and botulinum toxin injection in the same operation, The patients who lost follow-up or had retreatment of surgery or botulinum toxin injection before 6 months after treatment.
