Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: maternal obesity who vaginal delivered at Siriraj Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: maternal who go on cesarean section . maternal with coagulopathy Obstertic condition which known as high risk for PPH such as plecenta accreta , placenta previa.
