42 trans women in this group will receive estrogen 2 mg and CPA 12.5 mg for 3 months ,42 trans women in this group will receive estrogen 2 mg and CPA 25 mg for 3 months

Age
18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 to 40 yr 2. never receive any gender affirming hormone therapy before or stop using the hormonal treatment at least 3 months 3. no contraindication for GAHT 4. willing to participate this study 5. can read Thai
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. underwent gender affirming surgery 2. low baseline testosterone (<250 ng/dL) 3. History of venous thromboembolism 4. Psychological problems 5. Thai Language barrier 6. Hyperkalemia 7. contraindication for GAHR; such as active kidney disease, cancer
