Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 20-60 years 2. diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome by a specialist orthopedic
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to local anesthetics 2. Patients who have had wrist surgery before throughout their life. 3. Patients with wrist deformities 4. Patients who have had wrist injuries before throughout their life 5. Patients with inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, meningitis 6. Patients with pregnancy 7. Patients with a history of cervical injury or cervical nerve compression throughout their life. 8. Patients with peripheral neuropathy
