Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged between 18 -60 years 2. Pain caused by musculoskeletal disease or lesions from other unspecified systemic diseases after surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to acupuncture, such as blood diseases and disorders of the blood clotting system, patients on blood thinners, heart disease patients with a pacemaker, history of severe liver and kidney disease, knee arthritis or stiffness, 2. History of acupuncture treatment for osteoarthritis within the past 6 months, 3. History of corticosteroid injections within the past 6 months, 4. Patients who cannot assess pain scores, 5. Patients with postoperative pain 6. Pregnant women
