Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All severe thalassemia patients who have undergone allogeneic stem cell transplantation between 1st July 1988 - 30th April 2016 2. Age 1-20 years at the time of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Haploidenical transplantation
