Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients over 18-year-old admitted in SICU 2.meeting criteria of septic shock within 24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients who admitted ICU less than 24 hours - Patients who developed septic shock more than 24 hours before admission to SICU - Patients who admitted to Medical ICU - no resuscitation - on cardiopulmonary bypass during surgery - organ donor - mimic sepsis by criteria but non-infection - missing data
