Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged between 18 to 40 years old 2. Overweight and Class 1 Obesity (BMI between 23-30.0 kg/m2) 3. Healthy 4. Physically non-active, exercised less than 2 times per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who were involved in any sport competition or physical training 2. Had history of upper and lower limb injuries for the past 6 months 3. Having health problems such as asthma, stroke, diabetes, heart problem, hypertension, and kidney problem 4. Having habits of consuming any nutritional supplements on regular basis and on medication including usage of antibiotic for the past 2 weeks
