Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The healthy subjects (more than 12 years old) who are undergoing orthodontic treatments at the Advanced Oral Health Center, Walailak University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a systemic disease, 2. On a long term/recent/current regimen of medications affecting salivary flow, 3. Receiving antibiotic therapy within the previous 6 months, 4. Presence severe periodontal problems.
