Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were treated at the Departments of Otolaryngology as well as Radiotherapy and Radiation Oncology of 5 institutions, including Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai hospital, Buddhachinaraj hospital, Lampang hospital, Lampang cancer hospital, and Phayao hospital between 1990 and 2020 with metastatic carcinoma to cervical lymph node without known primary tumor.

Exclusion criteria: No clinical characteristics or treatment data is available.
