Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age over 18 years 2. Gestational age up to 20 week 3. Singleton pregnancy 4. consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. emergency conditon 2. fetal malformation or aneuploidy 3. abdominal scar that interfere maternal visceral adipose tissue, 4. prior DM or GDM 5. Abortion or fetal death 6. loss follow up
