Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 55, 2. Worked full-time, 3. Possessed a minimum of one year of experience in their current position, 4. Considered at risk of non-specific neck pain as determined by a Neck Pain Risk Score for Office Workers greater than or equal 2, 5. Participants needed to have a smartphone with specific requirement i.e., an Android version greater than or equal 10 with at least 6 GB of RAM or iOS version greater than or equal 11 with 650 MB of available storage space.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had reported experiencing neck pain within the preceding 6 months, 2. Had pregnant, intended to become pregnant within the next 6 months, 3. Had a history of cervical region trauma or accidents, or had a history of spinal issues. 4. Engaged in regular exercise, 5. Diagnosed with congenital spine anomalies, rheumatoid arthritis, spinal or disc infections, ankylosing spondylitis, spondylolisthesis, spondylosis, spinal tumors, systemic lupus erythematosus, or osteoporosis.
