Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Term singleton pregnant women age more than or equal 18 yrs who undergo elective cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia and absence of pre-operative UTI 2.Understand Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of bladder injury Patients with intraoperative internal organ injuries  Required conversion to general anesthesia Abnormal of urinary tract systems On medication that cause voiding dysfunction Unable to ambulation Complication from surgery who need record urine output: Postpartum hemorrhage, preeclampsia with severe feature , post operative hematuria Abnormal conscious, not well co-operative Covid-19 infection

UTI , significant bacteriuria , Lower urinary tract symtoms dysuria frequency urgency collected urine 10 ml by clean intermittant cath 48 hr post cesareansection for UA Urine culture for diagnosis UTI , Lower urinary tract symtoms collected when participants can void spontaneously questionnaire
