The program comprises of 5 minutes warm up, 85 - 95 % of the individual&#039
s maximal heart rate of jump rope high intensity interval training for 1 minute, alternating with active recovery (50 - 70 % of maximal heart rate) for 1 minute, and 5 minutes cool down. Twelve sets

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young adults aged range from 18 to 40 years 2. Having body mass index ranged from 23.0-27.5 kg/m2) 3. Having a sedentary lifestyle (not participate in sport or having moderate physical activity less than 30 minute per day, three times per week)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having illness that affects the outcome measures such as cardiopulmonary disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, thyroidism 2. Having musculoskeletal injury of upper and lower extremities 3. Receiving any other interventions that affects the outcome measures such as participate in weight control program or other exercise programs
