30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thai patient is 30 to 70 years old Previously diagnosed as Diabetes by a doctor and are currently taking diabetes medication estimated glomerular filtration rate greater than or equal to 60 ml / min / 1.73 m2 must be treated prior at the Sub-district health office

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease, lupus nephritis, obstructive uropathy, kidney stone, nephrotic syndrome or primary glomerular disease Metastatic cancer (estimated life expectancy of less than 2 years) AIDS Pregnancy Communication problems such as dementia, deafness
