Conditions

Problems with the spread of Airborne transmission diseases in the respiratory system such as Quid-19, tuberculosis, etc., including air pollution problems such as PM10 PM2.5, etc. It has resulted in more people using masks in their daily lives. This includes jogging. The results of wearing a mask while jogging in the past were studies of instant results or no longer than 72 hours, and most studies found no change in effects. Therefore, it is the objective of this study. A 6-week long-term study

Interventions

Wearing a standard N95 mask, running exercise at moderate intensity (64 to 76 of HRmax), runs 30 minutes daily for 10 minutes warm up, 10-minute, stretching. Total time to wear a mask and exercise 50
group 1 runs exercise at moderate intensity (64 to76 of HRmax),group 2 runs exercise at a high intensity (77 to 95 of HRmax)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be a healthy person with no underlying disease 2. Able to participate in the research study for six weeks 3. Passed the test from the assessment form Physical Activity Readiness Assessment PAR-Q Plus 2019 Thai version (Chonlathit Urairekkul, 2019) 4. Have a history of running exercise for at least six months 5. Don't smoke and don't drink alcohol. 6. For females must not be in a state of pregnancy. 7. Age between 25 to 40 years 8. Have a blood oxygen saturation level (SpO2) with a fingertip pulse oximeter higher than 95%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to participate in the research study for six weeks 2. Failed to fulfil the requirements of the research study. 3. Did not pass the test from the assessment form Physical Activity Readiness Assessment PAR-Q+ 2019 Thai version (Chonlathit Urairekkul, 2019) 4. Physical abnormalities, such as muscle and joint injuries, occurred during the study. Having slower breathing than usual (12 breaths per minute) during everyday daily life, etc.
