Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Were aged 18 or more than, who have been diagnosed with at least one of the following chronic illnesses or NCD, Diabetes, Hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and dyslipidemia, and are using modern medicines to treat such diseases, 2. be presently using herbal products, the types, and names of which could be identified, 3. Could communicate well or have relatives/caregivers who could communicate well 4. Consented to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Whose information could not be collected, such as those who have relocated or died; Who no longer wished to participate in the research?
