Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were 60 years and over and able to read Thai.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were the rejection to participate in the project, and the participants had diagnosed cognitive impairment such as severe depression by screening the previous medical history.
