Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18-70 years old 2. histology-proven WHO type 2 NPC, stage T2N0M0-T4N2M0 (AJCC 7th edition) 3. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status 0-1 4. adequate bone marrow function, and serum creatinine clearance not less than 30 mL per min
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: N3 or metastatic disease
