Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of tinnitus at least 3 months Age at least 18 years Score 10 or higher on the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI) Willing to discontinue medication since treatment begin Able to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Audiogram pure tone audiometry both ears more than 55 dB Broadband tinnitus characteristic Wear hearing aid Objective tinnitus Abnormalities of ear canal Active ear infection Active illicit drug use Alcohol dependence History of psychosis
